They probably realized that incentivizing content by added benefits would just end up with a lot of spamming.

Maybe add a cooldown so spamming wouldn't work?

you can only do 5
then there is a cool down

Sure, that might be a thing, but they constantly update with new hidden achievements so it's nearly impossible to get them all
