If you are talking about rating then no. Rating measures your past performance and isn't a "bank" of value. It reflects how you have played in the past and can provide the statistical likelihood of a result of a game against a player of another rating.
Just keep playing and eventually you rating will level off and you'll start winning and losing in close to equal measure, in general.
