Well, New, that flag of yours was not available not so many years ago...

I think you should be able to design your own flag

Because the current flag only exists for 24 years. However, the Slovenian tricolor is from 1848.

Once upon a time, just as for Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, and others.
