Where is my rating points?

Had a completely winning position and the game got abandoned because of your servers… and worst of all it was a great game that I would like to analyze but you have removed it completely… give me my rating points, show me the game and do better!

If the game doesn't show in your archive, you didn't lose any rating in it. That means it was aborted.

I didnt say i lost, but i would have won that game and i want to analyze it!

Oh, you said give my rating points so I made an assumption. Unfortunately, aborted games don't save anywhere, so if you ended up with a 5xx server were, then the game is gone. On aborts that the game stays up in, you can normally grab the PGN; that's what I do at the end of Arenas.
