It was under ''start game'' I always used -50 and +200. Where did it go?

Yeah but I don't want to be pared with someone with rated -200 mine rating.

If you had read the first couple of posts in that thread I suggested, you would have understood that you can still set ratings ranges.  However, they may slow down your matching.
