why are my chess insights not updating?

Why is my insights only showing 800 games where i have played way more than that. Can anyone please fix this?

Check the date filter.

Mine doesnt work yet either it shows how many of each other move i got idk if it still counting but it doesnt show any brilliant moves for the 29th yet and I got really exited

Why not and how will I know my actual accurate insights

There are three different levels Game Review can run at and those levels can impact brilliant moves. Insights runs at a specific level which also can impact brilliant (and other) classifications.

As far as I'm aware, Insights doesn't run at the highest strength. It still should be fairly accurate.

Is there a way you can fix the process so that people get an accurate insight

I can't really speak to any plans for Insights but running all games through high depth/strength analysis takes a lot of time and resources. There is a trade-off that will be made.

It means that the site likely won't run Insights at the highest level due to the higher resource requirements. The trade-off is a little lower strength than the highest available through a review with similar results and the possibility of slightly different classifications.

Hi! i have the same issue my latest games are not updating to the insights. And it has already been over 35 hours.

I am having the same issue. I played 53 rapid games and it says that I only played 19!

If you just recently renewed, it should update within 24 hours.

When I click on insights it tells me to upgrade and only shows me demo profiles. I already have membership for a while but it hasn't updated still. Can someone fix this?

My move quality isn't updating.

The graph is showing moves being updated in March.
