I see you changed it on November 26th.
So you will have to wait until the end of February to change it again.
Why is that rule there anyway?

It used to be you were allowed to change your username one time. It was updated to allow it after 90 days. A limit helps other members to know who someone is and allowing unlimited changes could make it a little harder to handle some abuse cases.
you can only change it once. I am speaking from experience.

That changed last year.
i cant change my username because it says "insufficient permissions"
ive never changed it before
