Why can't I play games anymore without this happening

My Wifi is fine, but it keeps matching me with "Opponent" and this is what happens(Multiple times)

The bug always puts you in white orientation, and in this case I can see myself in the third person(Your move)

Is it possible to get my rating points refunded?

Has started happening to me today

Lost me my rating points as well

Scared to try playing any more games in case i lose more

Just report the bug and lets see if we can get the points back

Play an opening where a4 is useful. I'm sure they'll fix it soon.

It's like the game is not connecting - when I click on a game it doesn't make the little sound it does when a game is connected

Staff are in the process of fixing an issue that has impacted a subset of members. It should be fixed soon if it's not already but may require clearing your browser cache when the fix is done
