why charged my money?

I have upgrade platnum member last month for a month .I just want to try on for a month.I don't want to go on premium member.And I didn't place my order to go on today.WHY you charge my account before you  inform me  ?? I want to change into a gold member for a year.I don't want a platinum member anymore!

Man, when you buy a gold, platinum or diamond membership, you should READ better. If you buy a membership for a month, it means that it won't stop after that month - it goes on automatically. It just means that you will have to pay monthly. If you want to stop your platinum membership, you have to cancel it yourself on your account page, I believe. After you cancel it, you can easily buy a gold membership.

Thank you for your reply.I want to  cancel platinum membership for a month TODAY.and buy a gold membership for a year. Can I?

 Yes you can. Smile If you move your mouse over "Home" at the top right of your screen after you have logged in, you will see a list of actions you can perform. One of those actions should be "Membership", so click it and pick your new choice of membership - I believe that, if you choose a new membership, your OLD membership will be cancelled! (You can also cancel your membership by moving your mouse over "Home" and clicking on "Account". At the top of the page it says what kind of membership you currently have, you can cancel it there.) However, if you already have been charged for another month of platinum membership, I don't know if it can be refunded.

Some friendly tips: Tip 1, write down WHEN you paid for your membership next time. Tip 2, now that you're still a platinum member, enjoy it until the end of the month period and change to gold just before it ends. Tip 3, if you don't like tip 2, go to customer support and ask them to refund your money. Smile

If you already have been charged, try to contact staff. I've seen them help many people in your situation because they didn't know about the auto-renewal.
