I love this site but sometimes it just drives me crazy. There is no problem with my internet; I never disconnect when I play on other sites. However, with chess.com I always lose on time in blitz and bullet because the app keeps disconnecting for no reason. On one bullet game I had 30 seconds and my opponent had 2 yet their time would not run out and I was playing premoves and I lost that game on time. This really makes me angry. I can't remember the last time I played a game without disappointment. Whether I play on the work wifi or my home wifi, I will disconnect. Why can't chess.com invest in good engineering like one other site that I won't name?
Try using a wired connection. Evidently, your wifi has problems- sharing a signal with multiple other users can cause problems.
