Why is not check mate?
Sort:
King is not in check.
Cant be checkmate if the king is not in check.
At the same time black has no legal move. You are not allowed to move the king into check.
This condition is called stalemate and its a draw.
Its very common for beginners to stalemate the opponent and draw a won position.

The king is not in check and by definition can't be checkmate. The black player also has no legal moves, so it is by definition, a draw by stalemate.
Anyway App users shouldn’t click on the board cuz it crashes the app
