Why is not getting time out but getting time more and more?

Hello everyone, I am really confused with this big or if it is a bug. From nearly 2 days I am checking 1 day game with my opponent not even getting time out. Today morning I saw it like 72 min left now it says 3 hours more there to get time out . This has happened many times. Pls help with my situat

Okay thanks for the information but he is not in vacation time is running. It already 4 days. He also hasn't lost the game we just started the 2 nd game of the tournament.
