I have noticed that as well, and you may need to wait a certain number of hours before your next analysis. There could be a 24 hour clock that must expire before you can analyze another game.
Why won't chess.com give me my free daily analysis?

My last analysis was for a game yesterday. I am clearly entitled to another analysis today, since the free analysis is supposedly "daily." But it will not let me. Why?
