If you did not fix my problem then I will take legal step and if you can't find the person then as compensation you have to give me yearly diamond membership subscription.

Recently I played a Rapid game on chess.com but when I was in winning position at the endgame the match automatically aborted and I can't able to report because I can't find my opponent's I'd because the automatically aborted . Please help me I played chess constantly 6 hours to complete my goal but for this reason Iam very upset .
