This is stupid I don't have and can't get a credit card this is a scam they just want people to forget to stop few trial and bank on unfortunate people
I practiced every day in Duolingo and completed 20 tasks, but I was not given a premium, why is that?

This is actually annoying.. I do Duolingo every day but did extra thise month to get the 1 month offer. Im a kid dont have a credit card!
I am having the same problem. Completed the Duolingo challenge and when I try to claim my free month of chess it takes me to the payment page, asking me for my credit card. Chess.com is not respecting the deal with Duolingo
Chess.com are scammers

The chess.com offer works exactly like the Duolingo offer for playing the bots here. You have to provide payment info to sign up for Super Duolingo too.

You should have received a link from Duolingo to the Chess.com offer to add the one-month diamond trial membership. If you closed it or declined, I don't think there's a way to get it back.
I have never gotten any mail from duo. I also never got any link or message aside from typical "congrats, you have won november badge" popup. I assumed I need to wait until the end of november for all players to receive their offer. But alas. So nothing to do about it now?

Duolingo was responsible for providing the challenge completion link. I don't use Duolingo but if you can still see the challenge and get a screenshot that shows you completed it, you might be able to contact support here and they may be able to assist.
I also cant get it, the link did nothing
