WTF?

I played chess in my teens and recently started to play again here on Chess.com (and loving it!).

But now I'm very confused. Look at the images below from my game against Vityok1989 (https://www.chess.com/daily/game/188619652).

Have I forgotten the rules of chess?

19.  b4     axb3

???

I (white) move my pawn to b4. Then black pawn on a4 capture it?

Most probably I have forgotten this rule, but... have I really?

Look up the pawn rule, "capturing en passing".

Ok, never seen that one before. I didn't know what to think. Thanks!

No a glitch. An official rule of Chess.
