Super weird that you would get that message. Being titled yourself you should be exempt. Can you give me some more details?
Do you get it trying to accept challenges from the open seek graph?

Yes, you are right - it happens when I try to accept seeks from the indicated graph.
Can you do me a favor and post the username of anyone that you get the error from? I have a theory of what is causing this, but need to look at the accounts they are coming from to check it.

I am experiencing the same problem. Or i just get the message; You cannot accept this challenge. I figured maybe because the challenge had allready been accepted and i was a couple of seconds late. But then it is one after the other seeks that i click on. Then i refresh the page and i usually get to accept a couple of seeks again untill it starts happening again.
Don't know if you guys looked into this allready, and did something, but as of today i feel a change and accepting seeks seems to be going as smooth as it did before
I'll have to accept some more to really tell the difference.
I also have this problem and I also reported this more often.

@evert823 Guess it is not important enough. Not even if it happens to a GM. Or did chess.com help him out and left us wondering?
I've experienced this a few times. Quickly goes away, but it's annoying to not be able to accept a higher rated seek due to this. I've played well over 10,000 blitz games, so I don't see why it would be necessary for me to play more games to accept a pairing.
Getting this message lately.
You are unable to challenge Titled and other protected players until you have played more games.
I get this message sometimes, when I try to challenge players on Chess.com.
Does anyone know why exactly this message comes up? I play on Chess.com every day lately, so I assume this is some kind of glitch.
I get this too, but it is justified, I have played practically no games.
Happened to me just now (20:30 Central Time) trying to accept a challenge on the graph from user "RaskoNZ". https://www.chess.com/member/raskonz
This problem has been going on for at least half a year and no one's done anything about it. Tonight I challenged someone to an unrated game, a person I challenged and played yesterday without a problem, and it gives me this message. This really isn't acceptable, and I also strongly suspect no one will see this post either
