You currently cannot join tournaments

I have been wanting to get a diamond membership on chess.com and I needed to get top 3 in a tournament on chess.com and when i wanted to join this tournament I was restricted and not allowed. It has been over a week since this has happened and I have been needing to be able to play tournaments again. So i ask the team to kindly allow me to play more tournaments. My last few days I have been playing extremely well, and if you go into my profile you will see a lot of wins. Most of these wins have been from being skilled and i have not used any cheating to get these things. I am just trying to get to a diamond membership to improve my game on chess.com. I am also currently going into the state finals for my state and I really need this membership to improve. So I ask the chess.com team to please resolve this matter, and not ban me as I have seen a lot of other people get banned.

How are you accessing the site to play games? Also, is it specific types of tournaments?
