It has nothing to do with the time control -- results are not weighted differently by time control. It's because your opponent had played very few rated games so their rating was a very loose estimate based on a small sample size. Other rating systems call this a "provisional" rating; chess.com uses their own system but follows the same general principles. The idea is that since their actual strength cannot yet be determined from their results, it would be unfair to inflict huge rating adjustments to their opponents based on their initial rating "guess".

I don't understand, usually I get more points when I beat a player stronger than me.
But when I won this game against an opponent 200 points stronger, I got only 3 points.
