ABANDONED GAME [ALLEGEDLY]

In live chess when I moved  Re8  A FEW  SECONDS  after my opponent's last move the computer  WRONGLY  ended the game and awarded it to my opponent because I had allegedly abandoned the game.......which is total rubbish......anybody else have this problem ?

I've never seen that happen, perhaps the internet connection was interrupted too long on your end?
