Bug leads to ridiculous game.

I just had a game on Live-Chess where I blundered my Queen but could not resign. I clicked on the "Resign" button many times but my decisions were not actioned. Thinking that I didn't want to just disconnect and leave my opponent hanging, I decided to throw my pieces at him so that he could checkmate me as soon as possible. I tried to tell my opponent what was occurring but the game-chat was also not working. My opponent seems to have taken umbrage at my not resigning and starts taking the mickey himself, instead of finishing the game he starts marking time with his King, mating me a move or so before stalemate. A slightly surreal game.

Reminds me of an old cartoon i saw when i was a kid.  Guys about to go to sleep, goes to blow out the candle, and the candle doesn't go out.  He does everything he can think of to try and get the light out, but nothing works.  I think this makes sense.
