I even checked a special website that pings to servers to see if they are up and running, and this is what it said :

It’s lag.com. They allow more players then your connection can handle, at least that’s their logic.

Hi,
Chess.com is becoming every popular recently due to the pandemic. Sometimes, the server might crash due to too many games going on. It could also be because chess.com is implementing a bug fix or new feature.

Lag.com strikes again. Bullet is unplayable. Bilichess works fine meanwhile.

it's the 3rd time that it happens to me : when I am winning a bullet game, the game freezes, the connection with the server stops and chess.com doesn't respond. When I open a new tap and go to other websites, to check if the problem comes from me, all other websites work perfectely well, very fast, no loading time. And when I try to refresh the chess.com page, the server doesn't respond and it doesn't refresh. I have to wait some time until it says that I lost because I ran out of time, but it's clearly not my fault and it's annoying, especially when I am close to win. Does anyone know how can I talk about this problem to the support? Or can I at least have a compensation? Anyone has the same problem or is it just me?
