Clear case of Cheating

This guy was losing and suddenly got a pop up that I abandoned the game and he won!!! I dint abandon the game. It was his turn after I made my move and suddenly got the pop up message that I abandoned the game!!! I thought he resigned, but no he won that game which I was supposed to win. I was sitting pretty at 15 minutes and dint delay my moves and it was his turn. Clearly he did somrthing fishy. Pls take a look guys. 

And How do I report these kinda cheaters?? Is there any report button anywhere?

It sounds like you might have lost your internet connection for a while without knowing it.  That's happened to me a few times.  It appears that my opponent's clock is ticking down, when actually it's mine.  And then all of sudden I've lost on time.
