Is it possible to customize individual game settings against opponents who are in your friends list? For example, if you are a lot stronger than your opponent, can you play a game where you start with half the time of your opponent? And what are instructions for doing that?

There's currently not any option for clock odds. If they are are on your friends list there should be a way to add time after the game has started but it's not a lot and not ideal for doing what you want.
