Well... my problem is. They are playing scared like. They are doing a gambit. Most of the time gambits are aggressive but instead of attacking they just sat back and my time was just ticking. I didn't know what to do. It just pauses you and you are like "What the?" It feels illegal when you are in the moment. Thats what is frustrating. I get its fair. I get it's a strategy. But when I play unrated I expect somebody to just play the game like we don't care. Just move, no need to go all out and manipulate the brain in such way. Its unrated. Like seriously.

Lily, you've never taken chess very seriously. You've said many times that you could get to a much higher level if you wanted to, but never wanted to take it seriously enough.

So, why do you care now? This is an unrated game. Players are allowed to play whatever opening they want. If you don't want to play chess, don't play. If you want to play chess, stop complaining at every chance you get when someone plays something exotic and plays well.

And by the way, this opening isn't a good one. If you found good moves, you would be in a winning position. Things went downhill when you blundered a rook. He did not play an extraordinary opening or even good moves. He got into a winning position because you missed winning moves and blundered.

No I won't accept it. It's pathetic. Weak and stupid. Just plain stupid. You play a gambit to be aggressive. Not be a little wuss and hide back to manipulate on purpose. Thats being sadistic. And I won't tolerate that.
