That is a good question, it happened to me too a few games back. Maybe one of the staff members can shed some light over this subject.

No. Draws by threefold repetition have to be claimed- so say the rules of chess. You must hit the 'draw' button after the third repetition has occurred.
This is not some silly chess.com rule, it is used OTB as well.
The threefold repetition does not work.. I played a live chess game and it did not automatically draw. What's wrong? Is it a bug or something?
