Game abandoned - Chess Forums

During 2 games I played today I suddenly saw a game abandoned note. In both cases my opponent was given the win. My wifi was fine and I never disconnected. How do I report this to Chess.com to stop this from happening in the future?

I played someone who was down to his king while I had both of my royals with enough time left to give his King what for but it suddenly was called a draw. Anyone?
