game draw bug?

After my opponent lost on time he requested a rematch.  When I accepted, the game immediately went to draw with this message.

GAME OVER - not-shown vs. Danny_Snow - Game drawn - insufficient material (-2). Your new blitz rating is 1115.

No bug. When your opponent ran out of time the game was adjudicated a draw, because you did not have sufficient mating material.

The rematch never took place.

Yea, that is the game where tarek ran out of time.  I didn't realize it called that one a draw.  That is an even more serious problem.  Here is what I remember.

1. tarek ran out of time and there was a message saying I won etc

2. he offered a rematch and I accepted

3. a message immediately appeared saying game was a draw etc as above.

Maybe the server just threw a wobbly.

Anyway, the game against tarek was correctly judged a draw, and your games record shows you have not played him since.
