No, these games will never be erased, it's happened to me too. Just hope and pray that the next live chess will be even more flawless.
Games lost
The problem is that I cannot play anymore. And I really want to play. In the last 2 days, every 2 games this bug occured. And it was always I who lost (although I was in the strongest position). I really don't know what to do.
Almost all these games occured today. The last 12 hours have been quite frustrating for me. Actually, one hour ago that happened again. I could say that almost all losses I had in the last few days occured because of the debug.
What happens? I move... Then, my opponent's clock starts. So, I wait for my opponent's move. However, that will never come. Then, I check my home page and I see that I have lost the game (ABANDONED). I really don't know what to do.
Other two defeats today. I will never play LIVE CHESS anymore. I really like this site, but it is frustrating to lose every game because of this.

Maybe I would have lost these two games anyway. But both games were quite interesting. Basically, every game which lasts more than 15 minutes is subject to this annoying thing. So, unless I win within a couple of minutes, I can't play anymore.
I think I will only use ONLINE CHESS, while I will use other sites for live play.

I have a workaround for that until the problem is fixed. When I start a live match, i keep another window open, say "Win2"; and keep playing in "Win1". If it seems that the opponent is taking more time than needed, I test my connection by typing a <Fullstop> in the chat box and pressing enter. If the <Fullstop> does not reflect in the chatbox, I will know that there is a disconnection. Then I open another the other window "Win2", enter live chess and play on by keeping "Win1" as a backup. I keep testing now and then if there is a disconnection by entering <Fullstop> in the chat box. I chose <Fullstop> because it would not be a distraction to my opponent.
Hope this helps you.
In these days I have lost so many games because of disconnections. In many of the games which were abandoned I had an advantage over my opponent. It is frustrating to have my rating diminished because of this.

As you can see, in many of these games I was in a good position and I could have won. I had no interest to disconnect at all. I didn't try to avoid a defeat. Is it possible to have these games erased from my archive and adjust my rating as if these games had not been played at all? Thanks.
