How often do you get disconnected on Live Chess?

Yes this has happened to me 17 times. It is so annoying as it results in a loss, so my rating is very low. I have quit live chess and now just play against the computer and my friends. And I use Mozilla FireFox! I actually switched my internet to have a better time in live chess and I think it actually got worse! If anybody knows of an internet that is better, please let me know.
well i signed up today and it happened to me my very first game and it was a nice little battle, dead even in the middle game and bam disconnected! I came back and it was a lost for me.....wow!!! sad to say i will not be playing here again until they add an adjourn feature or something. back to fics guys!!
I get disconnected when Live Chess becomes really unstable and the seek cache is jammed.
I've seen this happen on three occasions, so far.

Seems to be happening more and more frequently. I've probably lost around four of my last ten games due to disconnects. It's getting to the point when I've stopped worrying about my rating, but it's frustrating to get half way through the only game you'll get time to play that day and it disconnects. In my lunch break today I got disconnected in the first game after 12 moves, started another and got disconnected after about 20. No time to start a third, so back to work...

Yes, Ret, and up until a couple of weeks ago I did sometimes get disconnected randomly, and I didn't whine. Now I'm disconnected from about every third game I play, and it's getting tiresome. They should change the second sentence to "You WILL be disconnected incessantly."
I have never ever been disconnected with Google Chrome.
So, IMO, you don't have any excuse to moan until you try it with this.

once in a while, only on slow computers.
I get connected every night at least twice, but you know what, who cares! It happens the disclaimers says it to be true, so what can you really expect? Life will go on my friend. I understnad it hurts your stats, and that sucks, but oh well....

I think I've been d/c-ed twice in... 1,054 games in Live... and at least one of these was because I'd actually lost all internet connection.

I get disconnected within 30 seconds every time, whether using Internet Explorer or Firefox 3. Oh well, that's a whole lot of people I haven't lost against.
my beef isn't the fact that i'm being disconnected...it's the fact that i can't even continue the game once i successfully log back onto server. sooooo like i stated above i'll just go back to fics until the bug is fixed. no worries guys i slept well last night. live chess bug is not that heavy on my mind, not a big deal @ all i was just venting. so take ur chesse and.....lol

we are now in the final testing phases of the next live chess! it's coming in the next 4 weeks, and we have focused exclusively on stability. it won't be as pretty, and won't have as many features (like group chat), but it will work :) and then once we have that stable, live chess 3.0 will be not far around the corner (before end of year).

Awesome! Though personally the biggest difference I think I'll notice is less people complaining about disconnects...
I have been playing Live chess for a while now. Today I got disconnected on move 19 or so. It said that my connection was excellent, but I still got disconnected. I tried to reconnect, but as it was connecting i noticed that i already loss the game. Oh, I use FireFox if you're wondering.If you want to you can look at the last game that I played. Has anyone else ever been disconnected from Live Chess with a excellent connection?
