oh.... logged out and back in, now i can, again. but they're definitely fiddling. UI has changed, too. watching titled players is the only draw for many and it looks like the fiddlers are working on restricting it....

I'm not aware of any restrictions on viewing games.
Other than events only being possible on /events not directly on the Play server
