Because they're almost certainly cheaters. As a premium member, I should have the option to refuse to play them..

Understandable, but if they are closed for fair play, then you get your points refunded, so maybe it doesn't matter that much long-term.

No, most of the time I don't get my points refunded because I play too many games. And the frustration and anger still persist, even if I get some stupid rating points back.

I understand that free members should have no option, but since I'm paying for this service, I don't want to play new accounts.

Wrong... if you play many games, you don't get any refund because chess.com assumes your rating will normalize itself.

And that's usually true, but still doesn't solve the frustration of having to play an obvious cheater.
