That is exactly the whole issue.
I play on higher time control (10 minutes) on purpose because sometimes in the middle of the game I have to do something for work for couple of minutes. Then I come back and my game is resigned with still 5+ minutes on the clock. This isn't fair. What is the point in having larger amounts of time if I'm not allowed to use it? It's very frustrating and not fun for me or my opponent that this happens. Please fix this
