Common Openings in live Blitz at 1400 level (and how to counter it).

Hi, I would like to share some openings that I face in Live Blitz (5 min each and 10 min each) ALOT, and i don't know how to counter them.

starting with White perspective.

1. e4 openings.

Scandianavian Defense - the unnecessary Queen moves from Black.

French Defense - Nobody knows the main line (the winawer). How do I fight 3...dxe4?

Filidor - What can White do after the exchange at d4? How do I play correctly for White? Where does the light square bishop go?

1. d4 openings

Closed Game - 1. d4 d5, now what should I play? If you say Queen's gambit, won't Black get an advantage after playing Semi-Slav Defense?

1. Nf3 Openings.

I don't know the name of this opening but it goes like this: 1.Nf3 d5. The move d5 is too good I don't know how to continue (like usual). One attempt I tried is the Colle System, which fails, as shown below.

As Black's perspective now.

The Sicilian Defense, Chess.com variation . I would like to know how to counter that accurately.

Alekhine's Defense, 2 pawns attack - is White extending too much?

King's Gambit - modern, how to play as Black? White is hyperaggressive!

Indian Defense - the offbeat 4.e3, or even worse - 2. e3! and for those who know some theory, they won't go main line and decide to push d5 one move early!

Now if you readers know how to refute or have good play against any of those openings, please drop a line. Please don't say Blitz is not real chess, I've heard of that dozen of times. I play Blitz for fun, and I don't want my fun to be ruined (trying not to sound selfish Tongue Out). Besides, blitz is one way to test openings too, so we might as well study them.
