live chess bug ?

Hello everyone (sorry about my bad english) I subscribed to this site yesterday and I can't seem to play live chess. I read the tutorial but when an opponent accepts to play against me his name will come on the screen but nothing happens the time counter stays at five minutes without budging and strangest of all I can move both his and my pieces anywhere on the board: for example I can make his white pawn take my black queen on first turn, I mean i can even take his king (which shouldn't even be possible) with one of my knights from the other side of the board ect...
I would be gratefull of any help.
