The easy computer can be beat if you play the opening book because it will eventually play off the main line to its own disadvantage. And yes I have experience the same thing. But like I said, by playing book openings rather than fierce attacks, I get wins when it's playing monstrously.
Live Chess-Easy Computer

I can't figure the Live Chess "Easy" computer out, some days it sacrifices like
crazy and I win a bunch in a row, other days it plays like an 1800 and beats
me over and over again and plays incredible defense.
Is anyone else experiencing this or am I just having good days and bad
days?
I also lost a ton of games in one weekend to the "Medium" computer, does
anybody have any tips to help my calculation speed? I play pretty good chess
when I have time to logic things out, but in fast chess I'm just winging it by
intuition.
