I was getting a lot of disconnects due to bad connection, and I got some fairplay policy messages....not sure if that is relevant. I wasn't purposefully disconnecting from any games.

Another piece of information. I have now tried to connect also using my iPad on 3G (in other words not using my home network), and I get the same behaviour.
Same problem here (Germany), started with Sandy. Pings 225ms

Just tried on my iPad but using VPN and it worked fine! Coiuld it be that something is being blocked by Deutsche Telekom???
They seem to have problems with servers in Germany, technical staff should have said.

When things like this happen, both sides (your isp and us) need to investigate and neither can determine whats at fault until we have.

To the members from Germany, are you able to access live chess now?
On another thread in these forums, two have said now they can access with no problem, I need to know if its just them or those posting in here can now too

I also tried this afternoon and the system seems back online. I played two matches without problems. Hope it says that way

I have had constant connection issues for the last few days or perhaps a week, where before I had none. Nothing on my end has changed. I can't play live chess at all anymore. Is it due to the storm on the East coast? I am connecting from Germany.
