That kind of stuff happens when you are running out of memory. Try the hard refresh, clearing the cache, etc.

I am having the same difficulties on a mac. I have tried hard refresh, work only for a moment...

On my iPhone it will kill the sound if I get a call or text. I have to close the app and reopen it and it works again.
