I checked, and you're only playing unrated games (those don't count towards your rating). You can check and uncheck the "unrated" box when you make your seek.
Open seeks that are unrated are marked with a "u".

Thanks. Where do you see the "u"? I don't see this. I played around 1500 games on Chess Live so far and always had a rating, points are floating between 1250 and 1100 points. Until yesterday.
Where can I uncheck the unrated games?
Thanks,
Dani

Alternatively, if you are looking at seeks graphically, those seeks with a ring shape (rather than a filled-circle) are unrated games.
Why are there no points given anymore in Live Chess since yesterday? Is there an error? It's not only happening to me, all my friends I'm asking have the same problem: No matter if you win or loose, you stay on your points.
...
If using Internet Explorer this could be relevant.
I found the solution. When starting a new game, there comes the window with the type of play you want, the last checkbox is rated/unrated. Hope this helps. It works fine. This information is for everyone having the same problem as I had.
Thanks for your feedback
Dani

I also played with friends who are Premium Members, so that's not the cause of the problem.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Dani
