People that log out..

I don't get it, if a person is losing why log out in the middle of the game and why not just resign? Happend a couple of times today and yesterday. I'm new so i don't really know what's going on. But one thing that's annoying is that you have to wait untill the time runs out... Anyone feel the same or is it just me?

And apparently some of them don't care too much for Kansas City. 

So what happens to these people that disconnect instead of resigning, a warning or straight to account restriction. Drives me mad
