Change the focus after entering the increment, to make sure it is getting saved (if you haven't already tried that). So, do the base, then the increment and change focus back to base before sending the seek.
Problem Customising my own Time Controls

Hi,
On Live Chess, whenever I attempt to set my own time control of 15 minutes and a 5 second bonus time (15/5) , the site is not allowing the 5 second bonus time. It is only allowing me to customise a setting of 15 minutes with no bonus time.
Is there a reason for this? Is there any way of fixing or resolving this problem?
