Real 3D Board is Displaying Strangely in Live Chess

Yeah this not usable unless we are allowed to adjust it's position.
Hey all-
I'm sure I'm a minority here, but I prefer to use the Real 3D chessboard when I play. This board works just fine for Daily Chess as well as for playing vs. the computer, but not for Live Chess. The board displays really high on the screen, and I have to zoom pretty far out to see the whole board. Is there any fix for this? Does anyone else have this issue?
You can see it in the attached image. If you look at B1, you can see the top of the king is cut off. If I zoom in any further, I lose the whole 1 row. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
