why do i allways have ristictions for 5 min.I play fair I do not abandoning the game etc. but its allways the same problem?I love to play chess but those things are really makes me angry and after that im loosing the games because I cant be concentrated on it.

actually, my own policy was playing same opponent once in a day.. after a loss to, say Redface, i posted my game in waiting room and if Redface accept again, i ignored. that's why so many aborted games on my part. i can't play same opp twice coz i tend to play with anger the second time...
