Sometimes it seems like all you can do is lose, but you'll end up winning too sooner or later. Everybody gets both wins and losses. If you feel too frustrated, you could try "resetting" yourself by taking a (small) break.

You don't appear to have tried Online Chess - the slower form of the game on this site, where you can take days between moves. You reach it by PLAY -> Online Chess.

You can specify the rating range of your opponent  (say < 1000, for a start).
