standard deviation chess rating.

I'm doing a math project and I need to get a few answer. In "YOUR" opinion,1) what would be the average chess rating on "JUST" on chess.com and what would be the standerd deviation of points? 2) In your opinion, what is the average rating of everyone in the world. (people who do and don't play added together) and, please give a rough standerd deviation guess.

You can change between the types of chess (Live versions and online) there. I assume that basic members can see the graph of ratings.

I don't think your second question can be answered, not with any degree of certainty/specificity/accuracy.

If everyone starts on for example 1000 rating. Then the average rating would be 1000 simple. :)
