The lagout "players"

Today I encountered a "lagout" player: http://www.chess.com/members/view/puyalaman

The guy played for about 10 minutes or so, then, realizing he couldn't win, he stopped playing so he can lose by time instead of checkmate. He didn't move for 10 minutes and let me go around doing some work on my computer.

I don't really mind. What I dislike is the manner of such people. I would understand if I would be playing extremely slow and didn't let him take his time or anything like that. But we were playing a standard 15-min / 10 second-increase game, and he played for longer time than I did before he stopped altogether.

Is there a way to set up some new feature on the server, perhaps, that would allow to keep track of such "lagout" players?

A player can use his time the way he likes it. You can not make a rule against it.

Don't play such time controls and you won't have as long to wait. I generally play only 1 0 and 3 0 here. That way the games are usually over in 8-10 minutes tops.

It's happened to me once before the only thing you can do about it is wait,Or you can set 5/0 timers on your challenges.
