For me, it would be revealing that I'm a 13 year old kid literally in my parents basement. :)

They can just check your date of birth on your profile page.

Also, I lost against several 13-yo at my club. Nothing wrong with it.

13 year olds are easy. Especially Magnus Carlsen. When he was 13, he wasn't even a GM yet, he only had 2 norms and a 2450+ rating. Plus, he didn't even manage to beat Garry Kasparov, he only got a draw. What a patzer that guy was.

Carlsen was so ticked after that game, he said he played like a child.

If I wanted another joke, I'd offer you a rematch!

Sorry, I tried to let you win, but my finger slipped on that last move and caused the checkmate. Am I doin it right?

Wow.  I say gg.  I thought it meant, ya know, "good game".  Guess I'm silly.

Don't feel bad. The grown - ups can't beat me either.

eddysallin

Ubik42

1. Have you learned the en passant rule yet?

2. Were you trying to win?

3. Did you really think you could beat someone like me?

4. Did you really think someone like you could beat me?

"Would you like me to teach you?"

red-lady

"You were joking, right?"

NobbyCapeTown

After you won, text him "Sorry about that! My parrot was sitting on the keyboard again."

Winnie_Pooh

Whew - that was a tough game and I am tired now !

What I find more annoying is people resigning on you when the game is forming; Usually this happens after I have missed an obvious move, like not seeing I could have taken an important piece of thiers. It feels like it's as if to say; "Well if you missed that I'm wasting my time!"

I feel it polite to play a game to the bitter end. Its not like I dont have the ability to recover, and enjoy trying.

Or am I reading the board wrong?

I always try to thank an opponent after live chess win or lose, that is if they hang around long enough for you to just type "Thanks"! Sealed

your mom has put up better fights in one night than you did in this blitz game

are you "+1" the gg, or the +1 itself, lol.

Anyways, I wouldn't rub salt onto a wound unless they insult me.
