Three-Move Repetition Rule (IMPORTANT)

Here in this game, I clearly repeat the same position three times, but I wasn't able to "claim" a draw. Do I need to repeat the same move thrice? If only the position should be repeated, this game should be a draw. Can anyone give me some insight on this issue?

Here is the image of the position that I believed is repeated 3 times:

a player can claim a draw if the same position occurs three times, or will occur after their next move, with the same player to move. The repeated positions do not need to occur in succession. The idea behind the rule is that if the position occurs three times, no progress is being made. The software may not detect the draw here. Because opponent moves rock and it is detected as an progress maybe.

You should be able to claim a draw after (and before opponent moved) you made your 34th move. If not, it was a bug, 100%.

Thanks, I will report this incident.

Move 34 is a 3rd time repetition. If you tried to claim a draw after 35. Rg3 however, it is not a repetition and you cannot claim a draw.

Really? Must I claim draw immediately after 3-fold? I didn't know that.
