Time bug, yet again

Just played another game that had time issues:

http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=560568086

I played 15: Qxb5 and was then forced to sit and wait as my opponents timer ran all the way down to zero and sat there for a good ten seconds, only to suddenly hear the shaker noise that appears when you have 20 seconds or fewer remaining, followed immediately by the 'game over' sound. Apparently my opponent had replied Nxb5 but this wasn't communicated to me, I assumed that my opponent had got distracted/left the machine/had connection issues; as far as I was aware it was still my opponents move.

This is not the first problem I've had with live chess, I'm sure it won't be the last, and yet nothing has ever been done to fix it. Frankly, I'm getting sick of it - every time I post about a bug I have to wait days for a reply from a staff member who always asks the same questions (to forestall it yet again, I'm using the most up-to-date version of google chrome as my browser, and most up-to-date windows 7 as my OS), to which I reply and then the thread gets ignored and nothing is done.

I'm tired of losing games to system errors which have nothing to do with me, and then having nothing done when the bug is raised. This is really beginning to get on my nerves, and I hope that something is at least done to rectify it this time.

Pretty much everyday someone posts with the same complaint about lag.  I am pretty clueless about computers but from reading a few of the posts I do remember a few things that can cause it on your end.  And yes, I'm probably being Captain Obvious here and will just fuel the fire of your discontent, but just in case...Any chance you're using something other than a hardwired connection to the internet?  You know, a wireless connection to your network or even Wifi?  Previous posters have mentioned these as a source of problems that dissapeared when they went to a hardwired connection.  Good luck and my apologies if I've just served to further irritate you.

No, its fine and I can see where you're coming from, but this isn't just lag. This is a move being made by my opponent, registering with the server, but not showing me, with the result that I time out whilst not even being aware that it was my move. Any connection problems I've had due to wifi have been disconnections or occasional lag, but not this issue. Also worth pointing out that my connection bar was showing as full green for most of the game, so I had no indication that it may have been a connection issue.
