Turn Off Tips

I just had a game where I ran out of time. It's not that big of a deal, but it can be mildly frustrating especially if you had been fighting the clock. 

So I lose.  The opponent challenges me to a rematch but I can't find it because it is hidden behind multiple toast notifications explaining what it means to run out of time.

It was at this moment I realized that I never, EVER want these beginner tips.   The best emotion I ever feel toward them is neutral.  Usually if they register in my mind, I find them annoying or patronizing.

And yet, it seems like every time I clear my cache and cookies (about once a week or so) they re-appear. 

I checked settings and saw no way to turn them off.

Can we add that option?
